Do you sell gift cards?
At present we do not currently offer gift cards.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
All of our orders are wrapped in white Kraft paper and sealed with bison woodcraft logo stickers as standard for that special finishing touch. Additional Bubblewrap is also provided for extra protection during transport.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Unfortunately due many of our items being customaisable, we make most of our items to order and your exacting specification. This makes it difficult to provide your order same-day or next-day delivery. Should you need your order at short notice (quicker than our 4-5 day despatch) please drop us a message and we can price for quicker delivery which is not offered as standard at present.
